Ordering
Mode For.... Music maintains a limited amount of stock, however, due to the vast size of its ever increasing catalogue it does not guarantee to hold all titles in stock.
Please ensure you confirm the correct title, composer and arranger of the required music before confirming your Order with Mode For.... Music. Returns will not be accepted.
Mode For.... Music will locate your Order’s availability and confirm your order status within seven working days. On receipt of your music from the respective publishers, Mode For.... Music will despatch your Order within 48 hours by Royal Mail.
Though Mode For.... Music aims to obtain and despatch your Order as quickly as possible, it does not make any guarantees for the length of time it takes other publishers to supply music. You will be kept constantly up-to-date with the status of your Order.
Orders can be accepted through the Mode For.... music website, via e-mail, telephone, fax or post and Orders via the website and e-mail will be accepted 24-hours per day.
Availability
Mode For.... Music endeavours to keep the availability status of publications in its catalogue up-to-date, however, it does rely on regularly updated information from its partner publishers in order to do this.
Mode For.... Music therefore makes no guarantees as to the availability status of any piece of music at the time of your Order.
Should any piece of music be unavailable, currently out of print, being re-printed or been declared permanently out of print at the time of your Order, Mode For.... Music will inform you as quickly as possible.
Returns
Mode For.... Music does not supply music on a sale or return basis and therefore returns are not accepted, unless by special arrangement between the purchaser and Mode For.... Music.
All queries relating to damaged or faulty goods must be raised in writing with seven days of receipt of your Order.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellation of Orders
Orders may not been cancelled following confirmation of order.
Once an order has been despatched, the Purchaser is liable for the full cost of the order. The title of the goods detailed on the invoice does not change until the invoice has been paid in full.
Payment - Existing Account Customers
Account customers will be billed via invoice despatched with the Order.
Payment must be made within 14 days of the date of invoice.
Payments will be accepted by cheque (made payable to Mode For), credit or debit card, postal order, PayPal or bank transfer.
All credit card information is transmitted securely using PayPal. No credit card details are stored on Mode For.... Music’s website or system. (Read more on PayPal security at www.paypal.com).
Account customers who repeatedly fail to pay invoices by the invoice date will be required to pay for all future orders in advance.
New Customers
New Customers are required to make payment at the time of confirmation of availability of Order. Payments will be accepted by cheque (made payable to Mode For), credit or debit card, postal order, PayPal or bank transfer.
On confirmation of receipt of payment Orders will be despatched.
Opening an Account
Any new customer may apply to open an Account with Mode For.... Music, subject to having previously placed three orders to the total value of £150 (GBP).
Non-UK Customers
Overseas customers may pay via credit or debit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
Tax
Printed music is VAT exempt in the UK at present and therefore no charges are added to your Order.
Postage & Packing
Postage & Packing (P&P) is charged at £2.95 (GBP) per item within the UK and at cost (according to Royal Mail rates) per item for Europe and the Rest of the World.
Prices
Whilst Mode For.... Music endeavours to keep up-to-date with the prices from its partner publishers, it makes no guarantees to the prices that appear in its catalogue.
Prices may be subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Mode For.... Music does guarantee to confirm the price of music at the Order confirmation stage.
Privacy
Privacy and confidentiality is a high priority for Mode For... Music. No customer information will be sold or exchanged with any other party or individual. Information will only be used by Mode For.... Music and its sister company Mode For....
Mode For... Music will securely store all customer data in order to supply information of future offers.
Should you not wish to share private information over the internet, please place all Orders via telephone.
